CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

    Received a great question from one of the athletes today.  "How do I go about getting more strength training in, if I can't make it to the open gym sessions?"  This was posed by a relatively new member, so it's fitting that we remind everyone of programming.  What is posted on the website is the average for all of our members.

    Perform the workout first today and then use then work on goal work after class if you wish to stay.  Good luck! Skill/Strength GOAL WORK WOD "Fight Gone Bad" 1 min WallBalls (20/14) 1 min SDHP (75/55) 1 min Box Jumps (20'') 1 min PushPress (75/55) 1 min Rower (Calories) 1 min REST 1minute at each station for total reps at the end of each ROUND...then rest 1'....for 3 rounds.

    Great turnout for Open Gym last night guys; however, there was a LOT of equipment left out. It's your responsibility to clean up after yourself, no one else's.   Kettlebells were left out, 2 sets up plates/abmat/plates from people doing HS pushups, and platform pads, and boxes were left out.
